we in turn satisfy client needs. The front end unit operates on the 'same day processing philosophy',
meaning our goal is to process orders the day of receipt. When this is not possible, we give priority
to mail with an older date received. We pride ourselves in meeting our client's service level
standards.

Each of our customer service representatives (CSRs) undergoes an extensive training program - one that
continues throughout his or her career. Our highly-experienced CSRs skillfully answer inbound calls
