Kable Media Services, Inc. has emphasized teamwork combined with technological innovation since we launched our Subscription Fulfillment division in 1971.

Daily Mail Processing

We open, batch and process incoming mail daily. We deposit money daily. We update Customer Product/Master files daily. We produce pick-n-pack labels daily.

The daily difference isn't important unless you want to make a management decision based upon "real time" financial figures or order information. It isn't important unless your customers expect fast and accurate service--the cornerstone of today's catalog industry. Customer Service/Call Center

A highly experienced group of Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) answers inbound subscription and product fulfillment telephone calls. This group also responds to customer service e-mails, and handles written customer service inquiries received via mail. A strong emphasis is placed on providing prompt, accurate, and thorough responses to customer inquiries. Skills-based call routing is used to align CSR's with specific clients, and with specific types of calls. All of our CSR's are cross-trained which provides us with greater flexibility to shift resources as necessary to effectively manage fluctuations in volume.

Each CSR receives comprehensive technical and client specific training on a regular basis. All new hires participate in an extensive training program that is conducted in a controlled learning environment. Additionally, we encourage our new and existing clients to come on site as necessary to provide specific customer service training for our staff.

Our Quality Assurance team uses an eQuality software package from Witness Systems to monitor and evaluate recorded telephone calls. Quality assurance audits are scheduled weekly for every CSR and focused feedback is provided. The leadership team routinely conducts proficiency exams to test CSR job knowledge.

Account Executive

Experienced Account Executives provide your direct link to our services. They also supervise the complexities of your daily fulfillment needs, such as designing the systems for multiple billing runs, tracking sources and test splits, and much more.

Reports and Auditing Assistance

Because Kable Media Services, Inc. consulted with industry specialists while creating our report packages, they give you the type of detail needed to control circulation, finance, marketing and distribution. Reports are concise, easy to read and absolutely current.

You get the same experience and assistance with ABC/BPA auditing. You'll receive a completed report, in paragraph or floppy disk form, long before audit day. That level of performance continues through the auditor's visit, as we provide all the information required to support validated audits and assist with any special requests.


Circulation SuperStore

In-House Printshop and Warehousing

In-House Forms Design and Printing, and even on-site warehousing. Kable Media Services, Inc. offers all this so you save time and money.

We provide warehousing space so your materials are easily reached by the Printshop and Lettershop staff, and your Account Executive. Materials aren't lost or damaged in transit. Instead, centralization conserves materials, prevents problems and increases your control.

When you use Kable Media Services, Inc.'s warehousing, you get a monthly inventory report showing stock received and used. And you determine the reorder point. When stock reaches that level, our automated inventory system reminds you to reorder.


In-House Lettershop

Kable Media Services, Inc.'s in-house Lettershop offers you more that just streamlined operations and greater control. We're a full-service lettershop that can mail double and single postcards, letter mail, self-mailers, and direct mail, 24 hours a day.
