Status Pages

FUNCTION:

The Kable^® Status page allows your subscribers to display information about their subscription.

A subscriber can query his or her account status using Kable's name and address, or account number lookup feature.

A pending message will display for the subscriber if there are any pending transactions on file. A pending transaction is one that was entered within the last 24 hours that has not been applied to their record yet.

STANDARD FEATURES:

Promote Renewals & Payments based on the status of the subscriber's account.:
(You can also request that we deactivate this standard feature for your pages.)

OPTIONS:

Display Last Issue Mailed: - In place of the issue number, display the issue description on the status page as the subscribers last issue mailed. (Check with your AE to be sure your set up is such that you can make use of this feature - using ST35fil)

Display Expire Description: - In place of the issue number, display the issue description on the status page as the subscriber's expire. (Check with your AE to be sure your set up is such that you can make use of this feature - using ST35fil)

Capture Emails: - Keep your files up to date by placing an input box on this form to capture email changes when subscribers use this page.

Display Suspend Message: Promote payments by displaying a message when the subscriber's account is suspended for non-payment. (delete code = " S") Text used in this message may be customized by you.

Select Style of Page: Choose 2 column or free format.

Change the Fonts -
Our forms can match your site's look, color, size, or font set. We can incorporate your style sheets if you are using them - just let us know.

Add your Offer Text - We will add your marketing text according to your specifications.
