The Kable Renewal page allows your subscribers to renew their subscription online.

Each renewal entered on the web is formatted into a record which is automatically processed through Kable's nightly stream on the mainframe.

A lookup page is used to prepopulate the form with the subscriber's current information on file. This prepopulation feature allows you to personalize your renewal eblasts providing your subscribers with a URL that, when clicked, displays the renewal page prepopulated with their name and address information.

A pending message will display for the subscriber if there are any pending transactions on file. A pending transaction is one that was entered within the last 24 hours that has not been applied to their record yet. See Sample


Eblast Compatible - Renewal eblasts can be coded to allow subscribers to click a URL in the email and go directly to a pre-populated renewal form. Click Here for example

Account Lookups - Allow your subscribers to look up their existing account using one of the available look-up options below:

Change the Fonts - Our forms can match your site's look, color, size, or font set. We can incorporate your style sheets if you are using them - just let us know.
