FUNCTION:

The Kable Media Services, Inc. Missing or Damaged Issue page allows your subscribers to notify our customer service department that they have received a missing, or damaged issue by formatting an email that is sent to your customer service mail box here at Kable.

A lookup page is used to prepopulate the form with the subscriber's information, and also allows the account number to be sent in the email to customer service.
