KableSM Web Services Adds E-Cards, Missing or Damaged, and Customer Service Tracking to its Web Reporting
Kable Web Services adds tracking for the e-card, missing or damaged issue and Customer Service transactions to its web reporting. Clients can now track the number of ecards by type (ie Birthday, holiday), sent and viewed as well as the number of customer service and missing or damaged issue page transactions.
This feature is now available to all clients with advanced tier reporting. To find out how to obtain advanced tier reporting, contact your account representative.
