Kable Customer Service System (KCSS): Customer Activity Reporting System (CARS)

"KCSS" and "CARS", two of Kable Fulfillment Service's newest acronyms! What the heck does it mean for me?

Seriously, Kable Fulfillment Services is very pleased to announce our newest service enhancement - a comprehensive customer service reporting tool, more commonly referred to as "the CARS reports". These newly developed reports have been modeled closely to resemble the customer service reports that have been available to Kable's Colorado-based Clients for many years.

The new & improved report package will be released to all Kable Clients in early August depicting the customer service activity for the calendar month of July 2005, in easy to read formats, which will allow the most curious circulator to really begin to understand their subscribers' customer service patterns - What complaint category is driving the most volume? How can I make change to improve the number of complaint or inquiries received? Are they coming via my Web-site? the mail? by Phone? What is the month-over-month trend in general complaint levels? How about by category?

For the Colorado-NPS Clients, the reports will look very familiar. For the legacy K-Data-based Clients, the new and improved reports should be a welcome addition to the Kable report package. The new CARS reports will replace the existing O065 Reports produced from the KNET system. There are several report options to choose from - the traditional report which depicts the customer service volume for a specific month; or, the report which displays the month-by-month volume trends over a particular 12 month period. In addition, the sub-level to which the information is available greatly enhances the value of the customer service report package. For example, if the subscription is cancelled, why was it cancelled? The CSR will capture and log the specific reason code for every customer service complaint or inquiry. Finally, the new & improved reports will provide a greater level of detail by 'media type' - phone, e-mail, hardcopy, VMX, or fax.
