Kable News Company has recently updated its printing technology. We have installed three OCE PageStream 250 printers, one in our Ohio print operations and two in Illinois. The PS250 provides:

• Increased operator productivity;
• Improved print quality;

• Increased throughput capacity;
• Advanced Paper Transport (pinless), and the SRA2 Controller;
• Basic Multiple Resolution Mode standard (240/300 dpi);
• Upgradable to 600 dpi Advanced Multiple Resolution Mode (240, 300 and 600 dpi printing capable);
• Upgrade path to faster simplex systems (e.g. PageStream 372, 466 or 530);
• Upgrade path to a PageStream 500 Twin duplex system, with the ability to run as two simplex devices;

The OCE PageStream printers provide state-of-the-art print quality. To compliment these new printers, we have also installed fan fold splicing equipment. This equipment will reduce expensive form spoilage on large print runs, as well as, reduce down-time from extra form loads.
