Kable Fulfillment Services is pleased to announce the completion of six new List Lightning reports. During the last Kable Client Advisory Board Meeting, Kable identified this reporting project as the next step in the progression of improving the overall Client experience in Kable's List Orders portfolio of fulfillment services.
Kable's new List Lightning reports were selected because they contain the most frequently requested data. These new reports will be available each month after the monthly load to List Lightning is completed and will reflect the new load's data. The reports will exclude any DMA names but will include suspended accounts. The current six reports are:
- DMS Hotline by State Report
- DMS Hotline by DTP Source Report
- DMS Agents by Source Report
- DMS Gender by State
- DMS 3 Digit Zipcode Report
- DMS Change of Address by State Report
The rows are state codes and the columns are the month of most recent business activity.

This report breaks out actives and expires separately. The columns are gender codes and the rows are state codes.

As part of this roll-out, the Kable List Order Group is balancing reports, contacting the publisher or list manager with whom they deal on a daily basis, providing a sample of the reports and establishing which reports are desired each month. Once the roll out is finalized, the coordinator will email reports at the beginning of each month when List Lightning reloads are complete. The List Order Group plans to notify daily contacts for all publications by the end of September.
