In response to requests from several Kable clients, Kable is now offering an enhanced search feature for web renewal, change of address, payment, gift renewal, and status pages.  Previously, a subscriber had to provide an account number or unique ID, for these transactions, before he/she could obtain access to their account information.  The new feature offers a subscriber the alternative where they supply their last name, zip code, and primary address to access their account record.  A demo of this new search feature is available here.  To have the new search feature updated to your current transaction pages, contact your account executive.

Just in time for the upcoming Christmas season, Kable has completed development of a gift renewal web page.  This page enables a donor to locate his or her active, paid recipients, providing the option to renew selected recipients.  Additionally a donor may elect to renew his or her own subscription order.  A demo of this new feature is available here.  To have the new gift renewal page added to your web transactions, contact your account executive.
