Currently, mailers may include subscription information on a label carrier, but that information must pertain only to the publication enclosed in the wrapper.

The standard for label carriers for Periodicals has been amended to allow mailers to include information about any Periodicals publication on the label carrier. The label carrier may bear a request for address correction from the addressee. It also may bear information about requesting or subscribing to any Periodicals publication including a request for a subscription form.
