Security is integral to our systems. Kable Product Services, Inc., has developed in-house, a security system that is used to protect databases from unauthorized access, destruction, and unwanted disclosure and modification.

Through proper security levels, information is protected to a field-by-field level. Access is achieved via a highly controlled, multi-tiered system of security checks and balances. Three level of access protection verify authorized use of the network: a unique application code that identifies every type of inquiry or process that may be used on a file; a unique code for each authorized user at a network location; and a unique password for each customer, created at Kable and sent only to authorized network users at each location.

Kable maintains an extensive disaster recovery plan with annual testing in place, to ensure continuity in service, in the event of significant business interruption. Further, we store copies of the transaction files and systems off site each week.
