Michael P. Duloc, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kable Media Services, Inc. (Appointed June, 2007)

Mr. Duloc joined Kable in 1993 as Senior Vice President of Client Services & Business Development of the Distribution Services division, and he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of that division in 1996. Before becoming associated with Kable, Mr. Duloc was President of Capital Distributing Company, a national magazine distributor, from 1990 to 1993. From 1985-1990, he was President of Triad Services, Inc., a subscription fulfillment company. Mr. Duloc began his career in Technical Sales and Marketing with Diamond Shamrock Corporation, where he stayed from1978 to 1985. Mr. Duloc holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of Maine.

James W. Roberts, Executive Vice President & COO of Kable Distribution Services, Inc. (Appointed April, 2005)

Mr. Roberts joined Kable in 1993 as Director of Client Relations, and was promoted to Vice President of Client Relations in 1996. Before joining Kable, he was Vice President of Capital Distributing Company, a position he held from 1991 to 1993. Mr. Roberts has held management positions at Hearst Distribution Group, Select Magazines, Inc, and Newsweek. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Kean University.

Charles J. Walker, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing of Kable --Distribution Services, Inc. (Appointed March, 2008)

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Walker served in executive capacities with such companies as Meredith Corporation, Capital Distributing Company, Kappa Publishing Group, ETD Sarasota, and Anderson News Company over his 35-year career in the publishing industry. Mr. Walker attended City University of New York, Hunter College from 1967 - 1971.

Morace M. (Chip) Smith, Vice-President-Client Services (Appointed 2001)

Mr. Smith joined Kable in 1995 as an Account Executive and has held various positions in the Client Relations department. Before joining Kable, he held numerous circulation and marketing positions with prominent publishers such as (Petersen Publishing Company, Dobbs Publishing Group and Penthouse International) as well as key distribution/marketing positions with other national distributors. Upon his graduation in 1974 from Kearney State College with a B.A. in Education, he entered the publishing industry.

Douglas M. Knodle, Vice President of Operations, Kable Product Services, Inc. & Kable Specialty Packaging Services, Inc.

Mr. Knodle joined Kable in 1986 as a Programmer/Analyst in what is now the KDS division of the company. He later worked in a number of roles within that division before taking over the responsibility of the Kable Product Services, Inc. (KPS) Division of Kable Media Services, Inc. in 2003. In 2008 after the acquisition of SPS Corp, his role changed to Vice President of Operations for both Kable Product Services, Inc. and Kable Specialty Packaging Services LLC.

Mr. Knodle previously worked at A.C. Nielsen in Clearwater, FL and graduated with a B.B. in Information Technology from Western Illinois University.

Michael F. Simon, COO Kable Specialty Packaging Services LLC (Appointed November, 2008)

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Simon was the President/CEO of SPS Corp., from 1986 to 2008, when Kable acquired the company. Prior to SPS, he was a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy from 1973 to 1979, Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1979 to 1983, and General Manager of the Material Handling Division of Buckhorn, Inc. from 1983 to 1986. Mr. Simon graduated in 1973 from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Analytical Management.

Nancy Headley, Vice President of Human Resources, (Appointed 2006)

Ms. Headley joined Kable in 1999 as the Director of Human Resources for the Marion, Ohio facility. In July of 2002, she was promoted to the level of Executive Director. In 2003, she relocated to the corporate office in Mt. Morris, IL and continued her role as the Executive Director for HR functions within the organization. In May 2006, Ms. Headley received a promotion to VP of Human Resources. Prior to joining Kable, she held corporate HR positions with The Limited, Safelite Autoglass, and National Latex Products. Ms. Headley holds a B.S. degree in Personnel Management & Employee Relations from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Joseph Hazen, Vice President of Sales & Planning

Mr. Hazen joined Kable Distribution Services, Inc. in 1993 as Director of Sales Planning. He was promoted to Executive Director in 1995. Before joining Kable, Mr. Hazen was Executive Director of Capital Distributing Company from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, he held senior account executive positions at Hearst Distribution Group and Select Magazines, Inc. Mr. Hazen graduated from St. Francis College with a B.A. in English.
